Our client is a leading provider of PVC piping, specializing in plastic Extrusion. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team.


About The Job

Permanent Fulltime:

- $120k - $160k**-
Fully maintained company Ute:

  • Located in the Salisbury area

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring the successful execution of projects and maintenance activities.
  • Utilize your expertise in extrusion and plastics to drive continuous improvement in processes and products.
  • Oversee the production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Implement best practices for health, safety, and environmental compliance within the engineering department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and achieve company objectives.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the extrusion industry.
  • Strong background in extrusion and plastics manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to Have:


  • Experience with PVC manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of injection molding techniques.
  • Previous involvement in pipe manufacturing.
  • Restricted Electrical License.
