The Australian Marketplace team is seeking an exceptionally proactive, customer obsessed and team-oriented Executive Assistant with a history of high performance to support the Director Marketplace and Marketplace team for Amazon Australia, based in Sydney, AU.

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract position.

You will be central to our success and key to our mission to deliver brilliant experiences to Australian customers. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests.

A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior leaders inside and outside of the company is important.

A good sense of humor is critical, as is the ability to be flexible, and to change direction at a moment's notice.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling
  • Manage complete travel plans/itineraries
  • Manage all social and team events for the Marketplace business
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
  • Work closely with the leadership team and our business partners
  • Partner with other assistants throughout the team and across the company

  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
  • Experience in a fastpaced, hightech company
  • Experience with endtoend project management
  • Experience working with large global teams
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
