The Beca Sustainable Buildings team are widely regarded as leaders in sustainability courtesy of their experience across an extensive range of building projects and third-party project accreditations.

We have been a key team member for many certification tool firsts and actively promote a collaborative and value based approach to sustainability and innovation on our projects.

We thrive on challenges and enjoy making the complex simple - helping our clients navigate towards their sustainability aspirations, providing the confidence they need to invest in a sustainable future.

Our approach to sustainability is a careful balance and integration of social, cultural and environmental opportunities while acknowledging the value these initiatives bring to a project.

We are a well-established and experienced sustainability team with a focus on pushing the boundaries of design.

We are currently working on a number of net-zero carbon projects, projects targeting world-leading sustainability certification, providing decarbonisation advice for existing assets, advising development agencies on how to integrate sustainability into their designs, and undertaking research to help drive appropriate climate change responses.

We are experiencing significant growth in our services, driven by the climate emergency, and are targeting engagements that best support our low carbon future.

As a virtual team across multiple locations, we can expose our people to a variety of work and building typologies, with a focus on growing their capability and enhancing the impact they can have on the world.

Our past is full of world firsts and the highest accolades for implementing green building principles.

Today we are focused on surpassing these achievements by continually challenging and overcoming convention and constraints, to transform our world for the better.
