1 ongoing role working 35 hours per week within Estate Planning & Administration

  • We are also looking to establish a talent pool to fill future ongoing and temporary vacancies within Estate Planning & Administration over the next 18 months.
  • Location: Parramatta
  • Clerk Grade 1/2. Base salary $70,694 pa to $76,857 pa plus super and annual leave loading.

About the Team


The Estate Planning & Administration division is responsible for delivering NSW Trustee & Guardian's commercial services in Will making, as trustee, attorney, and as administrator/executor of deceased estates.

The Wills and Estate Planning team provides a fully accredited Will preparation service, writing more than 13,000 Wills, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents each year, helping customers to plan ahead and document their last wishes.


About the role


The role within the
Estate Planning & Administration division is a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders to assist with enquiries and delivers excellent customer service.

The role provides administrative support to Wills and Estate Planning regional teams to ensure the provision of seamless services that are customer and outcomes focussed.

About you

  • You have the demonstrated ability to undertake a range of administrative support services relating to the work of the team, including word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence and meeting papers and minutes, maintaining electronic and file records and support with meetings and events.
  • You understand the key services provided by the Division.
  • You have experience in supporting the promotion of service offerings that improve commercial viability.
  • You have experience and are selfdriven to provide excellent customer service in a human services environment.
  • You have good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing interests and deadlines.

Essential requirements

  • Up to date COVID19 vaccination status and able to provide acceptable proof.
