Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and assess digital transformation opportunities and develop strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization.
- Develop and document detailed business requirements, use cases, and user stories to guide technology solutions and system implementations.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current and desired state, and provide recommendations for closing those gaps.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to evaluate and select technology solutions, and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather business requirements and conduct stakeholder analysis.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in digital transformation projects.
- Solid understanding of business processes and operations, and ability to identify areas for process optimization and automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
