This worldwide industry leader is looking for an Accounts Receivable/Credit Officer to join their supportive and professional head office finance team based near Rowville.

This is a newly created role due to an internal promotion, and it is a fantastic opportunity for someone with basic accounts receivable skills who is looking to either continue to build on the on the foundations of their AR experience, or for someone who has worked in general Accounts Administration and who is looking to specialise and build a career in AR and Credit.

The team consists of 5 people and reports to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader. This role will be primarily responsible for the Cash on Delivery Accounts.

More specifically the duties will include:

Assisting with queries
Scanning documents
Escalating issues as appropriate
Liaising with Sales Account Managers/Service Managers
Cash receipting
Account reconciliation
Following up on all outstanding claims and liaising with Customer Service.
Use of SAP

To be successful in this role, you must come from a general accounts receivable or credit background and have a working knowledge of SAP.

You will be team focussed and are keen to continue to learn and develop your AR/Credit knowledge. You will be an excellent communicator both written and orally.
