Government agencies in Perth, require an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their well-established team ASAP.


As a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll play a crucial role in assisting the financial processes with precision and efficiency.

This role offers the perfect balance of professional growth and flexibility, allowing you to excel in your career while accommodating your personal commitments.

Availability required on Mondays with flexibility for the remaining two days per week. Experience with MYOB or equivalent systems is highly beneficial.


About the role:

  • Generating invoices accurately and promptly for services provided to customers.
  • Keeping track of accounts receivable balances and ensuring timely payment from customers.
  • Addressing and resolving any disputes or discrepancies with customers regarding invoices or payments
  • Supporting Accounts Payable, Payroll, and other members of the Administration team.

About you:

  • Proven Accounts Receivable and Payable experience.
  • Sound knowledge of system practice, procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess a high level of accuracy and problemsolving skills.
