The Role & What's Required

The Parts Interpreter - know your customer's needs, build rapport, provide top service to get their parts promptly and have them back on the road or out in the field as soon as possible.

Skills and Experience:

Have you worked in a customer care environment before, preferably in the automotive industry? That's a big plus
Your interpersonal and customer service skills should be so exceptional they deserve a standing ovation.
Show off your organizational and problemsolving skills like a magician pulling tricks out of a hat.
Embrace your inner computer wizard with good knowledge and an aptitude for routine, clerical, and administrative work.
Pressure? No problem You can work your magic under any circumstances.
Remember, you're the face of our brand, so your personal presentation should be as immaculate as a showroom floor.
Don't forget your current NSW driver's license ready to hit the road with style
