About the role:


Based in our Adelaide office, the Parts Support Store Person is responsible for the branch Parts Warehouse to ensure that all warehouse and parts operations are correctly carried out and the warehouse is maintained to high standard.

The Parts Support Store Person is responsible for the receiving, handling and dispatching parts coming into and going out of the warehouse, as well as all ERP related processes.

**Core Tasks:
- *
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Unpack shipments and verify parts and quantities against delivery dockets
  • Receive into ERP systems
  • Putaway parts into storage locations ensuring traceability is always maintained
  • Pick & pack daily orders
  • Regenerate consignments and label parcels/pallets for shipping
  • Create and maintain a robust record keeping system
  • Technician parts support
  • Spare parts interpreting (incl. information about price & availability)
  • Ensure that the ERP is updated and policies and procedures are followed
  • Maintaining exceptionally high standards of occupational health & safety
  • Carry out daily cycle counts
**Skills and Qualities required:
- *
  • Valid forklift licences FL
  • Current drivers' licence
  • Able to work unsupervised
  • Experience using ERP systems
  • Inventory control, cycle counting/stock take.
  • Experience using transport management systems
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Task oriented and deadline driven
  • Flexible and strong work ethic
  • Team oriented
  • Organised and methodical
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
