As our business continues to expand, we are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Rubbish Removal Labourers.

Responsibilities:

As a member of a field staff team, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring the timely and safe completion of jobs from various site types & locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of rubbish from trucks.
• Performing onsite rubbish collection, disposal, and sorting tasks.
• Collaborating with the team & clients to complete tasks efficiently and to company standards.
• Adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a hazardfree workplace.
• Assisting customers with inquiries and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects regularly.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of waste disposal regulations and best practices (training will be provided).
• A valid driver's license. (MR Licenser or higher is advantageous)
• Prior experience in a related field is desirable but not essential.
• Experience Driving Light manual transmission Vehicles (small tipper trucks / Large vans)
