Opportunity for a Group Leader
- Land and Property Management to join a high performing regional team
Permanent full-time opportunity, regional location based in the Hunter Region with flexible/ hybrid working model:
Salary ranges from $116,211 to $128,061 + super + annual leave loading + flex leave
Crown Lands is currently seeking to appoint a
Group Leader - Land and Property Management to oversee a team that manages the Crown estate and its assets in the Hunter region including property management, environmental planning, natural resource and land management functions.
In this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- managing a team of multi-skilled staff and providing specialist advice in the areas of land and asset management, environmental planning and assessment, natural resource management and compliance investigation.
- ensuring that the financial and non-financial targets of the business plan are met.
- building and maintaining healthy relationships with key stakeholders.
To be successful you will have previous project management and stakeholder engagement skills, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly organised.
You will have strong people management skills and be someone who can think outside the box to effectively solve problems.
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in natural resources, planning, environmental science, land management or other relevant field and/or equivalent level of knowledge and experience in the industry.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.
