The role


Come join Bravura as a Training Content Writer, on an immediate 6 month contract, with potential to extend, to support the implementation of Sonata Alta to our prospective customers.

We are seeking an experienced, technical software training writer to build a library of client reference guides to the support our clients that will be utilising the platform.


To succeed, you'll need real-world experience of having written and created training content that focuses on how to use large-scale technology solutions.

Being passionate about the customer experience, having the ability to ask tough questions, communicate ideas and work across functional areas are traits that will serve you well.


About you

  • 5+ years of experience as a technical training writer or content creator
  • You have a strong track record of understanding how to breakdown complex process into simplied processes, that are tailored to the customer/end user
  • Demonstrated skills at creating Internal and External Documentation
  • Knowledge of Superannuation, Pensions, and or Insurance products and regulation policies would be preferable
  • Hands on practice of conceptual analysis and instructional training
  • Strong project management skills, and being able to create documentation and training material to a tight deadline
  • Proven track record to work with the high performing teams, SMEs to information gather, ideally within a global software, B2B, or cloud services company
