Where you'll be working

Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region.

What you'll be doing
This position provides administrative support to the Statewide Outreach Perinatal Service.


The incumbent will perform administrative duties to lead scheduling teleconference and videoconference meetings across multiple sites and stakeholders in NSW, word processing and filing of correspondence.

They will also perform data entry through the use of HPRM and excel, word and other programs as well as undertaking and co-ordinating all office management duties for the SWOPS team.

Selection Criteria:


  • Demonstrated Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding workload
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment and maintaining confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a focus on high customer service skills.
  • Experience in the use of teleconference and tele health technology as well as preparation of agenda and minute taking.
  • Holds a Current NSW Drivers Licence
