The Opportunity
An exciting leadership opportunity within HRV's Finance team exits for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager.

The role will report to Head of Finance and will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the financial reporting team and delivery of all financial and management accounting activity for the HRV Group.

This position also requires leading, development and building capability performance of the team to deliver high quality, inclusive, responsive, and innovative partnership service and ensure effective coordination of the work across all functions.

About you

We are seeking a professionally qualified accountant (CPA, CA or equivalent) to lead a significant finance function to deliver high quality outcomes.

Skilled in providing good judgement and professional advice to senior executive teams, you will also bring to the role strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to successfully consult, influence and negotiate at all levels.
