About the Role
Workpac are currently seeking an experienced customer service officer, supporting the safe and efficient movement of Rio Tinto personnel across the Pilbara region.
The role is located at Rio Tinto, Central Park Perth on a 5:2 roster Mon/Fri, 8hr days.This is a 12-Month casual contract, with the possibility of extension & conversion to Workpac FTE after 12-Months with the team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinating travel bookings for flights, accommodation, and vehicles, using Inflight, Concur, RT MS
Providing reliable and service-focused communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders
Auditing/Reporting to troubleshoot processing errors, identify training opportunities and process improvements
Supporting the Offshore Travel Team with queries, queue-management, & processing requests via RTTMS
Managing flight and accommodation discrepancies and resolving errors
Manifesting charter flights with stakeholders
Cross-team training and support across the RTIO travel team
Inbox management
Rotational emergency after-hours support
Skills & Experience:
Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
Ability to meet strict deadlines & excel in a high performing team
Good problem-solving skills & attention to detail
Ability to multi-task & strong time-management
Ability to work collaboratively with all team members or work autonomously, as required
Strong written & verbal communication
Experience with Rio Tinto systems - Inflight, RTTMS, SAP, Concur (preferable)
Microsoft office skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook
