The Company:

Your Role:

You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the efficient and accurate management and processing of customer orders to ensure the delivery of a great customer experience.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Reviewing and entering all customer orders
Maintaining & updating the database
Processing credits & returns; opening new customer accounts; preparing quotes

Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a productbased highvolume inbound customer service role including the processing of orders
Accurate keyboard skills and computer literacy
Exposure to Medical | Healthcare or FMCG industries an advantage
Experience using SAP (or similar ERP system) preferred
