About the Role
The role provides support to depots on but not limited to procurement of materials, accepting deliveries and reception services.

  • Collate and verify all jobrelated quality records.
  • Develop rapport with customers and keep the customer informed of progress of issues.
  • Create detailed and accurate records for Plant and Equipment Items under general supervision.
  • Exercise judgement to provide a range of options to customers to resolve customer queries.
  • Exercise judgement in organising own work to perform a variety of tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Develop an understanding of responsibilities under legislation and the requirement to create and maintain accurate records to perform duties under general supervision.

Key Outcomes

  • Exercise judgement in work scheduling matters and coordinating projects such as auditing of quality records located at depots.
  • Perform duties of accepting deliveries of goods and services made at depots in order to verify quantities ordered and that quality expectations are met within established policies and procedures and monitor same at remote deports under general supervision.
  • Perform duties of assisting in the procurement of materials, plant and equipment and processing if asset disposals and undertaking of stock takes at depots in line with established policies and procedures under general supervision.
  • Provide guidance to less experience employees and maintains a physical presence at depots when work crews are in the field to accept deliveries and provide reception services.
  • Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision including FBT administration and Corporate Card record keeping, raising of requisitions, maintaining work orders and customer/supplier management including accounts payable/receivable within established policies and procedures, under general supervision.
  • Exercise independent judgement to ensure project and field records are accurate, training records, timesheets and leave rosters are maintained in line established policies and procedures and advice and information is provided to depot staff in relation to policies and procedures.
  • Whilst this role is based in your home location, you may be occasionally required to work from other locations across the state of Victoria based on the operational needs of the broader SprayLine Road Services business. Drivers licence required._
