About us

Bali Body has been the market leader in suncare, self tan and skincare for the past 8 years and is growing at a rapid rate.

Our marketing team is looking to expand in order to capitalize on this momentum, seeking an experienced, passionate (job title) who lives and breathes all things skincare, self tan & beauty.


Based at the luxurious Melbourne head office, this exciting new role will see you work closely with our Head of Marketing & existing digital marketing team to support, implement and grow Bali Body & BB SKIN's current global marketing strategy.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Planning campaigns for paid social and digital touch points including Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Google (Adwords, search, display, shopping and

YouTube)

  • Implementing and optimizing the global marketing strategy (in liaison with the Head of
Marketing)

  • Design and creation of brand EDM's in Adobe Illustrator (Includes copy, layout &
imagery)

  • Scheduling EDM's through Klaviyo
  • Creating content for paid ads in Adobe Illustrator
  • Creating paid ads (videos) in Final Cut Pro
  • Working closely with our social advertising agency to maximise ROI on paid advertising
  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing on upcoming marketing strategies and
product launches

  • Assisting our Global Account Manager with retail launches and activations
  • Liaising with our international PR agencies to implement strategies and execute
activations

  • Working collaboratively with paid ad agencies to ensure activity is aligned with business
priorities

  • Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to
identify opportunities


About you

  • At least 3 years experience in a beauty marketing role with strong graphic design experience
  • Must have a genuine interest and love for all things skincare and beauty
  • Excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro
  • Good understanding of SEO, Facebook & Google advertising
  • Creative with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized with excellent multi tasking skills
  • Strong creative writing skills
  • Thrives in a fastpaced environment and can handle a challenge
  • A positive, team player attitude
  • Experience in beauty or FMCG preferred
  • Experience working with Klaviyo
  • Highly organized with excellent multi tasking skills
