Installation Scheduler
Salary negotiable based on experience
Full time Monday to Friday
6.30am to 2.30pm

Mobility Access Modification is a manufacturing company based in Coburg North with over
21 years of experience in servicing Melbourne and surrounds. We specialise in modifying
homes for the elderly and mobility impaired while helping them maintain their independence
and quality of life.

Our solutions include a comprehensive range of modifications to our client's homes which
are bathroom fittings, hand rails, platforms, steps, electrical modifications, plumbing
modifications and large external structures such as ramps, platform steps and bannister
rails.

We have requirement for an Installation Scheduler to perform the following duties:

Manage the installation schedules of our tradesmen on a daily basis
Coordinate external subcontractors
Manager customer queries/grievances
Booking in jobs with clients
Understand measures and communicate with OT's, trades and manufacturing teams
Monitor scheduled jobs from start to finish
Reschedule jobs
Process customer orders
Placing orders with external suppliers
Follow up on customer quotations

**You will have: - Qualifications in building and construction, real estate, would be good but not

mandatory

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, trades, administration, customer

service, real estate

Demonstrated self starter
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Customer service focused
Good attention to detail
Int MS Office skills
Bright, energetic and enthusiastic demeaner
Enjoy working with a team
