Our personal injury division provides services through federal and state-based Workers Compensations, Motor Accident Schemes and Life Insurance.

Reporting to the General Manager you will:

Provide leadership and development opportunities for our growing, multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals
Develop relations and provide account management within the Australian Defence Force and other customer portfolios
Provide onsite support to locations with your remit i.e. Melbourne CBD, Laverton, Mornington Peninsula
Implement & monitor strategies to maintain quality & compliance standards
Achieve business, human capital and financial goals for the team

What will make you successful:

Degree qualified in an allied health discipline with associated professional registration
Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience required (either as an emerging or accomplished leader)
Occupational Rehabilitation experience essential
Business acumen
Strong customer focus and passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes
Experience providing Occupational Rehabilitation services to the ADF is highly desirable
