The team at Nextra Queen Street Newsagency are looking to expand. Located up the George Street end of the Mall, the customer services roles are offering approx. 10+ hours per week. Must be available weekends and weekdays.

The position will include the following daily duties (but is not limited to):

• Engaging, serving and assisting customers;
• Money handling including EFTPOS and cash transactions;
• Maintaining, replenishing and merchandising stock and product displays;
• Responsible service of lotteries and other soft gambling product; and
• Opening tasks including OH&S, cleaning procedures and register balancing
• Able to achieve KPI Targets

Customer Service background is a must and although Newsagency experience would be beneficial, on-the-job training can be provided.

Most importantly, management is looking for a reliable individual with a positive attitude and the enthusiasm to learn the role quickly.
