About the Role
We have an exciting role for a bright, enthusiastic, and experienced

Customer Service Representative to join our team in

Prospect (NSW). You will be part of a team that knows how to collaborate together, work hard and have fun while doing it. To be successful you will need to have excellent communication and an engaging personality, you will have experience working on phones and computers to exceed customer expectations and you will take pride in what you do

You will learn about our industry, be an expert in Insulation and be able to make informed and confident decisions to ensure all our clients receive exceptional customer service - Ideally, you will already have a personal connection to building or construction so that your passion can really shine through.

Skills and Experience

Internal Sales or Customer Service experience
The ability to use your influencing language in calls
You will be a strong negotiating to create positive outcomes for customers
Understand how to work in a fastpaced environment
Experience with SAP and CRM systems
Ability to handle queries and complaints
Processing orders. bookings and services
Exposure to working with technical products
Skills in building customer relationships
Topnotch Attention to detail
Confident with computers and technology
