The Appointment

Our client is a global leader in the mining industry, they are seeking an immediate Team Administrator to join their team within the heart of Brisbane CBD.

Their corporate office has amazing city views, modern end-of-trip facilities and is surrounded by restaurants and cafes. This assignment will be initially for 6 months with potential to extend.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join the collaborative and supportive team.

Our client is willing to train someone that may not have all the skills but is eager to learn and build upon their administration skills.


Your role will include but not limited to:

  • International travel bookings and arrangements
  • SAP vendor management
  • Onboarding new suppliers
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Concur processing of credit card expenses
  • Assist with onboarding department new hires arranging credit cards, clothing, IT requests and equipment
  • Department records management and document control
  • Reception coverage

The Appointee

Our client is willing to train someone that may not have all the skills but is eager to learn and build upon their administration skills.

To be successful, you will have;

  • Previous basic administration experience
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and excellent work ethic
  • Customer service experience with articulate communication skills
  • Strong organisational, time management and high attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
