Our client, OFenner Conveyors is the world's largest conveyor manufacturer, forming part of the Michelin Group. The Kwinana factory has recently acquired a $24 million dollar press line. This investment will increase production by 30% and service the growing demand for our 100% Australian-made conveyor belts.

We are currently seeking process workers/factory assistants to operate this expansion.

This is a hands-on and fast-paced position where you will be required to work as part of a team to deliver excellent results.

What's on Offer $2,500 Sign-on bonus 4:3 roster (4 days or 4 nights and 3 days off) Kwinana Beach location 12 hour shifts - 5am/5pm start times 30% nightshift loading Permanent roles available Consistent shift pattern

About you Manufacturing experience High attention to detail Mechanically minded and able to problem solve Physically fit and able to pass a full medical clearance High-risk work license - forklift, overhead crane advantageous Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexible to work across a 24/7 roster - including weekends Have an excellent safety ethos Reliable and positive attitude towards work

Our recruitment process includes an interview, a national police check and a pre-employment medical.

Salary:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
