Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio and maintain positive relationships of landlords and tenants
Ensure rental payment are made accordingly
Ensure that all properties are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repair work on the properties
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that they are wellmaintained and meet quality standards
Conduct Ingoing and Outgoing reports and process
Ensure lease renewals and rent increases as completed
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming enquiries

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to property management
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
