Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio and maintain positive relationships of landlords and tenants
- Ensure rental payment are made accordingly
- Ensure that all properties are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repair work on the properties
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that they are wellmaintained and meet quality standards
- Conduct Ingoing and Outgoing reports and process
- Ensure lease renewals and rent increases as completed
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming enquiries
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to property management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
