Description

We are looking for a Principal Project Officer to join the Access and Engagement Services team in this exciting and rewarding role.

This role will lead and support strategic projects in the Access and Engagement Services team, including leading customer service improvements, embedding trauma-informed practices across QSA and reaching our digitisation targets.

You will engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.


In this role you will:

  • lead and coordinate projects to successfully deliver project outcomes
- oversee the Access Services and the Digitisation and Collection Services Team, providing guidance and advice on services and programs of work
- develop and implement strategies, foster continuous improvement, collaboration and teamwork to achieve quality outcomes within agreed performance measures
- lead programs of work, contribute to the development of work plans, and provide advice on priorities and strategies for monitoring progress and achieving required outcomes
- research and prepare complex reports, ministerial correspondence, submissions, briefing notes and correspondence on a range of corporate issues and represent QSA on committee and working groups as required
- build and maintain networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
