    About your new employer:


    West is excited to be partnering with a global company who have made a reputable name specializing in medical diagnostics predominantly for Lung Health.


    About your new job:
    An exciting opportunity has become available due to growth within the business. You will be responsible for a wide range of administration support for the sales, service, and admin teams.
    Your duties will be but not limited to –


    • Supporting the customer service team with inbound calls; - liaising with various departments with accurate information upon transferring calls
    • Customer portal setup, follow up of portal queries for all going portal customers
    • Preparation of customer proposals | agreements | tenders.
    • General administration duties such as - assisting in the processing of customer orders, processing, order placement with suppliers, order status, receiving, dispatching plus more
    • Record keeping and filling as required
    • Assisting the Executive Team with meeting preparation, coordination, report management, communication and events
    • Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
    About you


    • Previous experience in an Administration position
    • Exposure to systems such as MS office suite
    • You will have high attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A positive and friendly phone manner with the ability to succeed and support our clients
