About the Role:
As the Human Resource Consultant in the Business Partnering team at the Department's Central Office, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level operational advice and support in relation to services across the range of HR management functions under a true business partnering model;
  • Monitoring and supporting a range of human resource systems and services related to the delivery of HR projects and business as usual activities including workforce planning, recruitment and selection, appointments, onboarding and probation, grievance and conflict resolution, organisational health, safety and wellbeing and leave.
This role also has a dedicated data management function. Highly developed skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI would be advantageous to the role.
