The venue

Recently acquired by The Royal Hotels Group, The Moss Vale hotel is the favourite place in the highlands for families and friends to meet.

Set in a beautiful 1850's building the Moss Vale Hotel is the oldest established hotel in the area and one of the favourite watering holes in the area amongst the locals who refer to it as the Pink Pub.

With some exciting plans on the horizon for the venue, we're looking to grow our management team.


About the role
We have a great opportunity for a venue supervisor or junior manager ready to take that next step.

This role will see you working across all aspects of the business, managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, assisting with managing labour costs, and ensuring the venues standards across all areas are upheld.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality and has a real drive to make a difference.

Ideally you will have solid knowledge of F&B, TAB/Gaming and will take ownership of the training and development of the front of house staff.

You will be joining a loyal team of local and passionate staff who aim to continually deliver the best quality food and service in the area.

You will also need to

• Have 12 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in a similar venue.
• Understand how to deliver an amazing customer experience. This venue is all about being warm and welcoming.
• Have a positive and proactive attitude, with exceptional communication skills.
• Work closely with a diverse team of people. Ensuring that team culture is customer focused and community led.
• Be an excellent communicator, approachable leader and show a high level of attention to detail.
