Marsh Client Operations team in
Melbourne. The role provides a great career foundation or step into insurance broking operations.

Position Purpose:
- Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of relevant documents/information (includes report preparation).
- Contributes to achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
- Adheres to Company policies and performance standards.
- Updates reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry.
- Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Operations Executive you will support the client facing Brokers.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Providing support to client facing brokers by delivering timely and accurate production of insurance documentation and client billing.
- Developing your technical expertise in all major classes of insurance and Marsh's specialist services.
- Building and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to the achievement of Marsh Client Operations Service Level Agreements and key performance indicators.
- Collaborating with colleagues throughout Marsh business to deliver a high standard of Client experience.
Competencies requirements:
This role will suit a detailed focused, energetic team player who enjoys a performance focused environment who is looking to take a step up in their career into the insurance industry.
- Insurance or financial services exposure within an operations role would be highly advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience within a busy administration role within an office environment.
- Intermediate level competency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
