We are now recruiting for an engaging professional Administration Clerk at our

TOYOTA dealership in

Preston. You will be assisting the Financial Controller and Accountant with the dealership's day to day administration tasks in a professional, efficient manner that at all times promotes a positive

Preston Toyota brand image.


About your role:


  • Accounts Payable full function Data entry, Payments, Creditor reconciliation.


  • Deal Costing

  • Grossing and processing deals various associated inventory reconciliations.
  • Banking and AR support
  • Other admin tasks as required.

Do you have?

  • Previous experience as an Admin Clerk within an automotive dealership.
  • Previous Accounts Payable experience
  • Previous Deal Costing experience
  • Intermediate computer skills (TUNE experience would be desirable).
  • Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded.

Must have

  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
