Vending Machine (Roboshop) Replenishment & Customer Service Specialist

POP MART, founded in 2010 is an industry-leading pop culture and art toy company aiming to light up passion and bring joy to all.

We are looking an experienced stock replenishment and customer service specialist to join us on a part time basis in Brisbane QLD.

In this role, you will work across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs (such as Indooroopilly, Mt Gravatt, Chermside) to fill our Roboshops (Vending machines) to ensure our blindbox products are easily accessible and shoppable.

As we are in the expansion stage, this role at times will also be responsible for setting up new vending machines at various locations in Brisbane after hours.

Reporting to our Roboshop Operations Manager, you will receive technical training and support needed to complete replenishment, stock pick up and setting up of new vending machines.

Key Responsbilities:

Responsible for the logistics of stock to all vending machines in Brisbane
Confirm the quantities of stock at the warehouse and make sure the number is correct before delivering stock to all vending machines
Replenish stock for vending machines (3 times a week)
Check and report the status for vending machines
Report and coordinate with the delivery and stock issues.
