    What You Can Expect - The Opportunity

    The Service Support Administrator is responsible for all administrative support to the Service Support Department and customer base. This includes responding to customer queries, providing quotations, scheduling, and invoicing of all service activities in line with customer and company requirements.

    Responsibilities include:

    · Maintain customer details in electronic database to ensure all details are correct in particular to ensure correct invoicing and shipping occurs.

    · Generate open orders reporting as required to ensure any outstanding service business is actioned on a timely and accurate basis.

    · Provide back up support to Service Support Department functions to ensure ongoing coverage for key responsibilities during staff absences or heavy workloads.

    · Data entry of information into SAP to enable the set-up of Service Contracts.

    · Respond to both internal and external customer enquiries, forward quotations and follow up on outstanding queries to support growth of service business.

    · Contact customers to obtain purchase orders for completed work to allow invoicing.

    · Perform all work with safety as a priority to conform to OH&S policy and standards and promote a culture of safety first.

    What are we looking for?

    The ideal candidate for this role will have;

    · A Certificate III in Business Administration or higher (desirable)

    · Prior experience working in an administration office preferably supporting Service activities

    · Professional customer service skills and ability to determine customer needs

    · Ability to organise and prioritise work in order to meet deadlines

    · Professional oral & written communication skills

    · Competency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel) skills.
