We are looking for a Property Administrator to join the Stockland Commercial Property team, within the Workplace & Logistics team, located in Melbourne.

About the role


This fast-paced, permanent, full time role will see you provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Asset Management team, responsible for a portfolio of Workplace & Logistics assets in Melbourne as well as supporting the Queensland portfolio remotely.

We are looking for a proactive, financially and system skilled administration professional, who is agile and able to work in partnership with our team, contractors, and customers.


Some of your responsibilities will include;

  • Ensure purchase orders are raised in a timely manner prior to works occurring and invoices are paid on time
  • Support the Asset Management team with SAP Maintenance Planner administration
  • Lease administration, ensuring the maintenance and accuracy of data in system registers for bank guarantees, insurances, critical dates and customer contacts
  • Manage the day to day administrative and support requirements for the team to the agreed standards and timeframe
  • Build effective records and files management and control of records and files

About you

  • You will bring strong administrative experience ideally from within the property industry. A commercial property background is also an advantage
  • Strong organisation adaptability skills within a fastpaced environment, with attention to detail
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce, whilst not essential is highly preferred
  • Outstanding relationship management skills, including the ability to network
  • You will be an influencer with excellent communication skills
