Full-time and Ongoing Opportunity:

Commencing salary $54,091 per annum plus 10.5% superannuation and annual leave loading.**
About the role:This role contributes to the success of the Information Centre by providing high level front line services both in person and phone on admission, enrolment procedures, fee information and payments, progression, graduation and ad hoc administrative schedules and processes.


About you:

To be successful in this position you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales or frontline services roles
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work independently and/or collaboratively in a team.
  • Highly developed organisational and administrative skills and proficiency with a variety of software suites and databases including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
