Receptionist Office Admin - Canberra, Australia - Hudson Australia
Description
Support role available for 3 months to assist in the daily running of the office with Reception duties and administration support with event ticketing and booking enquiries.
Liaise with The Managing Director and Office manager to ensure timeframes for projects are met.- PT hours 25 hours per week 10:30am 3:30pm
- 3month contract
- Great hourly rate
- Support a great team to achieve fantastic community events
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Website Management
- Analysis and reporting on ticket sales
- Support ticketing enquiries and assist in bookings
- Excel user beginner tasks essential
- Likely to be a 3month commitment
- General support to assist with event organisation
Skills Required:
- Previous Receptionist Experience
- Good communications skills, verbal and written
- Ability to multitask
- Support in small team
- Customer centric attitude
