About Graymont

Our Role


We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to be based at our Asia Pacific headquarters in North Sydney.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for capturing orders, providing delivery updates as well as resolving a variety of enquiries and orders and delivery administration.


You will:

  • Manage inbound customer contacts with a high attention detail sales administration.
  • Understand production capabilities of our plants and logistics partners to coordinate a costeffective supply to our customers.
  • Investigate, resolve, and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business including Logistics, Operations, and Sales.
As the successful applicant, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills to process, identify and resolve customer orders/issues.
  • Proficiency to navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast paced team.
  • Resilience to thrive in a highvolume order processing environment
A love of learning and being able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
