Hi, I’m Matt Kennedy, founder of Eagle Performance — a business born from a tapestry of life experiences that shaped my passion for Personal Development and Leadership.

My fascination with mindset, mental resilience, and personal growth began in my teenage years as an avid sportsman. Sports were the centre of my world until a series of serious injuries abruptly ended that chapter. It was during this time I truly learned to lean into inner strength and the tools of personal development to rebuild my outlook and identity.

Following this, I embarked on a career as a first responder in Emergency Services — a role that demanded emotional fortitude and a relentless commitment to staying mentally strong. After facing profound experiences that few ever encounter, I knew it was time to step away.

Returning to my roots in fitness, I became a personal trainer in a large commercial gym. While I helped clients reach their physical goals, I quickly found myself drawn to the deeper conversations — the 'why' behind the workouts, the mindset shaping their journeys. This curiosity reignited my passion for personal development.

That passion evolved into a mission. I have started an online business and provide opportunity for other like-minded individuals to join in with me. It is a simple business yet sophisticated in terms of ongoing development and support to create success and attain the rewards of business ownership. 

Today, I partner with a global organization to empower individuals across the world to unlock their potential.
