I have considerable experience in Sales and Operations Management including with K Mart and 10 years with
IGA (Regional Manager) and Coles.

20 years of large scale Operations and People Management including with K Mart and Coles.
Experience of delivering business plans to stake holders and first class communication to all levels.
Experience leading remote teams and also leading large store based teams of over 200 team members with
clear agreed vision linked to business strategy.
Commercial operator with considerable experience of leading large projects to deadline, delivery of improved
quality and service through innovation and systems.
