Change and transformation leader with deep experience delivering large‑scale system, process and operating‑model change across higher education, public sector and global resources organisations. Skilled in impact and readiness assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications and learning design for complex, multi‑year programs.

Education

Qualified in governance, risk management and organisational leadership, with formal training through the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Governance Institute of Australia and the Chartered Management Institute. Holds postgraduate qualifications from the University of Queensland and PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
