Previous to 2021, experienced Customer Service Specialist, with proven success in providing exceptional customer service and administration support to internal and external customers in a high- volume contact centre environment. Ability to confidently analyse and respond to clients, to provide answers to enquiries and effectively provide meaningful solutions that maximise customer satisfaction.  A great communicator, both written and verbal with a customer centric approach, competent with technology and on social media and web chat.  Possess the flexibility to meet the rotational shift requirements.
