As host of the Hories Tell Stories podcast, I create engaging, authentic conversations that blend humour, culture, and inspiration, featuring guests from world-class athletes to everyday legends doing great things.
Alongside podcasting, I work as an online coach and trainer, helping people achieve their health and fitness goals through tailored programs, mindset guidance, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
