• Resolved networking issues, resetting the Sophos/Unifi access point and configuration, replaced a faulty Sophos APX access point, configured Sophos VPN token for MCPL SMT FC remotely.

• Installed and configured critical systems, CCTV, virdi biometric device for GPL users, quantum device installed for Nutrify Business Head and Staff both onsite and remotely, demonstrating expertise in system deployment and setup.
