Benjamin Wei Cheng Sia

I’m a recent graduate from Monash University with a Bachelor of Nutrition Science, passionate about food safety, quality assurance, and food innovation. I completed a 3-month internship at Bippi Foods, a fast-growing condiments brand, where I gained hands-on experience in food production, quality control checks, and marketing support. This role strengthened my understanding of HACCP, GMP, and safe food handling practices in a real-world manufacturing environment. Currently, I work as a sales associate at Peter Alexander, where I've developed excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills, complementing my scientific training with strong interpersonal abilities. I am now looking to start my career in the food industry as a Quality Control Officer or Food Technologist, where I can contribute to maintaining food safety standards and supporting product development.
