About Benjamin Cross:

I'm a husband, father, brother, son, mate trying to help other as much as I can as I have a real passion for coaching and mentoring other.

A professional rugby league coach with transferable skills being objective driven, self accountable, very strong communication skills with stake holders, strong relationship building ability. 

I have been a head of football at the Ipswich Jets, I was an assist coach at the Brisbane Broncos, small franchise business owner and business development manager for an accident repair company, before my coaching career took off I was a professional rugby league player for 11 years. 

I have strong leadership values based on honesty, empathy, accountability, respect and team work.

Experience

Professional athlete for 11 years and professional rugby league coach at the NRL level and head of football of the whole organisation at the Ipswich Jets in the Host Plus Cup level. Small franchise owner and business development manager. Personal trainer and bootcamp operator for 5 years.
