Anna Nguyen

Anna is a person with a high sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and hard work. As a first-year student majoring in Civil Engineering at UTS, she is currently looking for internship opportunities to get to know more about the industry and improve her skills. 

With first-year experience working on design using AutoCAD engineering software and creating housing planning projects using MS project, working fluently in Microsoft and writing reports. She is good at getting used to software quickly. She is interested in building houses and projects.

She enjoys approaching new challenges and building projects that require agility, flexibility and frequent changes to adapt to the project. She does not hesitate to learn and supervise directly at the construction site. She hopes that she can look for opportunities to develop expertise and techniques in the field of civil construction.   

Surveying in UTS Bachelor (member of team surveyors)

02-2024 to 05-2024

• In position of surveyor to record data and objectively evaluate familiar roads around the school area.
• Training in the spirit of teamwork and surveyed, designed the road surface.
• Sketching long section, using Word and Excel for calculations and report    
• Giving direct access to the working environment of civil engineers. 
• Having a more realistic and clear view of her field of study.

Introduction to civil engineering in UTS Bachelor (researcher)

• Looking for information about the process of preliminary house completion and the house construction cycle.
• Arranging and planning to build a house using MS project. 
• Turning ideas into 2D designs on AutoCAD.
