About the Role:


This newly created position is responsible for leading a team of P&C Business Partners to provide high quality, professional and confidential HR services in line with the employee lifecycle.

In this dynamic and fast-paced role you will lead a team of P&C Business Partners based in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore that cover all facets of the Detmold business including operations, sales, and support functions.

Furthermore, you will also provide high-level business partnering HR services to your own portfolio of our Head Office Group Support Functions.

Reporting to the Group General Manager People & Culture, your key duties will include:

  • Working closely with key stakeholders in developing a strong and motivated workforce who can deliver on business outcomes
  • Ensuring alignment between the Global HR strategy with local implementation
  • Leading and motivating a small team of P&C Business Partners to deliver P&C initiatives including recruitment & selection, induction & onboarding, engagement, retention, workforce capability, talent management and employee safety and wellbeing
  • 10 years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • Proven ability across the full spectrum of HR initiatives
  • Capacity to influence and engage key stakeholders across all areas of the business
  • Expert working knowledge of HR policies, frameworks, Enterprise Agreements and industrial employment instruments
  • Ability to coach and mentor people leaders as well as build manager capability
  • Strong commitment to service excellence
