**Manager to Director

Salary 100k+

**Your Opportunity

  • Work in a dynamic, fun and highly skilled team of professionals
  • Research accounting and other regulatory requirements in the context of specific transactions to determine accounting consequences
  • Coach teams and clients through technical issues
  • Review and provide feedback on technical accounting papers
  • Knowledge share FAQs and key learnings with teams and clients
  • Undertake reviews of financial statements for compliance with disclosure and accounting requirements
  • Identify opportunities for and develop accounting and reporting related guidance, training and thought leadership materials for both internal and external client consumption.
  • Participate in the delivery/facilitation of training or communication of tools through appropriate mediums including webinars, podcasts, live presentations and written publications
  • Provide input into global and Asia Pacific teams in the development of global guidance and sharing of common and emerging issues on specific topics
  • Draft technical accounting papers for discussion by the Asia Pacific or Global SME group relating to transactions where there is limited technical guidance

**- Are CA/CPA or equivalent qualified

  • Have the relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Have strong research, analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Are able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure to specific deadlines
  • Are able to manage multiple projects (often with competing deadlines)
  • Have a friendly, professional attitude, proactive, selfstarter with a collaborative team player approach
  • Have a high standard of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and professionalism (discretion in dealing with confidential information is essential)
  • Have outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
