About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for Service Manager to join our Residential Age Care facility based in Wembley.

This role requires solid background in age care as it plays vital part maintaining close working relationship with residents, staff and General Manager.

Service Manager should be confident in prioritising day to day tasks, resolving conflicts and effectively managing daily operations within budget.

About you
You are experienced and enthusiastic Service Manager to join our dynamic team.

Your key experience will include:

Relevant qualification and current AHPRA registration
Leadership experience managing diverse workforce preferably in Age Care setting
Proven ability to achieve results and key targets
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Quality Standards
Strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Willingness to provide oncall support to staff after hours
Current driver's license
Evidence of Covid and Influenza Vaccination (preferred)
National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
