Service and Rental Coordinator at our
Sydney branch in Kemps Creek.
Your new role
- Complete daily administrative tasks within an autonomous capacity
- Inputting all purchase orders into the system
- Distribution of mail and updating all noticeboards with KPI statistics
- Process Service & Rental hire quotations, billing, invoicing and reporting
- Monitor and record stock delivery lead times
- Receive and expedite parts and goods receipting
- Process stock transfers
- Process detailed reports
About you
- Customer service/sales support capacity
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Welldeveloped computer skills microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously as well as a group environment
- Ability to maintain a neat and well organised work environment
